At Crandall Office Furniture, we stand behind the quality of our remanufactured and new seating with a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your home office setup is perfect.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

    Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive your prepaid shipping label.

  • 2.
    Pack Your Item

    Carefully disassemble the chair if necessary and place it back in its original heavy-duty shipping box with all original protective packaging materials.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm its condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
